Apply

How to apply for funding.

You can only apply for funding to projects within the scope of our three philanthropic missions.

Please make sure to familiarise yourself with the missions and if your project matches one or more of the missions before applying. In the application form, you must choose the relevant mission(s) in order to be able to apply. The three missions can overlap, and some projects and initiatives can relate to more than one mission.

The application form is in English, and you must also submit your application in English.

Electronic application form - available at end of February.

Before submitting your online application to the Ramboll Foundation, we recommend that you read our FAQ for further guidelines and information.

All applications will be assessed by the Foundation Board. The Board meets four times a year. Applications for the quarterly Board meeting should therefore be submitted before the following dates:

  • 15 March (replies are sent end April)
  • 15 May (replies are sent mid July)
  • 15 August (replies are sent mid October)
  • 15 November (replies are sent start January)

You can expect a reply within a couple of weeks following the board meeting. The secretariat will reach out to you if there is a need for supplementary information, but do not contact us for status enquires.
